Terms and Conditions

NDC was created with the aim of connecting legal professionals with members of the public who have had their personal data stolen, leaked or otherwise misused. NDC does not provide legal advice and will never sign up consumers to products, services or contractual commitments on their behalf. It will not pressure or coerce its consumer clients into accepting services that are inappropriate for them.

NDC will record details from prospective claimants (in accordance with its Privacy Policy) about who they are, where they are based and what personal data may have used by a third party. NDC members are law firms selected in accordance with NDC’s strict membership criteria. NDC has assembled those law firms it knows are best equipped to deal with the new landscape of data claims arising from the General Data Protection Regulations  and UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). NDC we will use the information you give us to connect you with the NDC member firms that are experts in handling and advising on data claims (Including but not limited to Keller Lenkner).

NDC will seek to comply with the Solicitor’s Code of Conduct (as amended from time to time) and will always remain independent and impartial. If we do not feel that NDC or its members can assist a consumer, they will be notified as soon as possible – without prejudice for that consumer to be able to seek advice elsewhere. If a person or entity has any concerns about the advice received from an NDC member firm, they are entitled to raise any concerns with the Solicitor’s Regulation Authority and/or the Legal Ombudsman. NDC will also do its best to answer any questions or concerns directly.

NDC offers no warranty, guarantee or liability for any of the advice its members provide. The advice will be taken under an independent contract for the provision of legal services with an NDC member firm. NDC is purely an advertising and data aggregation company and will be handling marketing, advertising, call response and other ancillary services for the NDC member firms. NDC is not in anyway paid any sums of money that affect how much a person or entity pays to an NDC member firm or in any way diminishes the value of any claim.  Any claimant introduce through would receive exactly the same amount of compensation they would have received had they engaged with an NDC member firm directly.
